This sewing pattern makes for a perfect addition to your wardrobe. The blouse has a loose fit with puffed sleeves and it can be dressed up or down. Ties line the front of the top which look like bows when tied together. This project is suitable for beginners and advanced sewists alike!

- single fold bias tape (at least 3/8" (1 cm) wide)
- 1/4" elastic
- Sewing machine
